The Virginia 10th Congressional District has been named by analysts as one of the most competitive House races in 2018 and a nationwide target to swing Blue. The Republican incumbent, Barbara Comstock is going to have a strong challenger in one of the Democratic candidates that will win the nomination in the primary on June 12, 2018 (mark your calendars now!).

We are hosting a Democratic Candidate Forum AT Maggiano's Tysons, on May 4th.

In an abundance of talent, there are six (6) candidates vying for the Democratic nomination. This forum will give attendees the opportunity to hear directly from the candidates in a moderated format, with additional questions from the audience.

Moderator Atima Omara is an award-winning political strategist, advocate, writer and speaker who has spent 15 years engaging youth, women, and people of color in the political process and related progressive causes. From grassroots organizations to state houses; from the Governor's mansion to running for a public office herself, Atima has toiled in the trenches for social and electoral change. There are six Democrats who will appear on the June 12th, 2018 primary ballot - the following six listed below will spend the next ten weeks working to earn support to be the nominee -
